3: What do I do if my mattress isn't for me?
We accept returns under your statutory rights; you would need to arrange delivery back to SuiLong mattress, with the product in new condition, before a refund will be actioned. Please read our terms and conditions for more information.

- Lay the box down and remove the bagged mattress.
- Roll out the compressed mattress on the surface where you will install it.
- Carefully cut open the plastic bag along the edges.
- Allow a maximum of 72 hours to let the mattress recover fully before adding bed lines.
